About
Elizabeth Cramton is a writer with a love for food and its history. With over 15 years experience in hospitality, she has immersed herself in the culture of food.
Growing up in Florida, she was inspired by Foodways expert Gary M. Mormino to dive into the study of why we eat what we do. She received her B.A. in History from USF and now resides in Wyoming, where she continues her research and volunteers at the Grand Encampment Museum.
